Subscription Renewals: Full refund available within 14 days of renewal charge

Plan Upgrades: Prorated refund available for unused portion of previous plan

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order ID, email address, and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  5. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Refund Processing

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The exact time depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or accounts.

Currency: Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations may result in slight differences.

Account Access After Refund

Upon processing a refund, your paid subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the free plan. You'll retain access to any content you've created, but premium features will no longer be available.
